All services are provided subject to availability and operational feasibility.

2. Shipment Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipment information including weight, dimensions, packaging details, and destination addresses. Any incorrect information may lead to delays, additional costs, or service disruption.

3. Prohibited Goods

Customers must not ship goods that are illegal, hazardous, restricted, or prohibited under Indian law or international regulations. GSN Logistics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse such shipments.

4. Delivery Timeline

While we strive to deliver shipments within the estimated delivery timelines, GSN Logistics Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or natural disasters.

5. Liability

GSN Logistics Pvt. Ltd. will take reasonable care in handling shipments. However, the company’s liability for loss or damage is limited and subject to applicable transport regulations and agreed service terms.

6. Payment Terms

All service charges must be paid according to the agreed terms between the company and the customer. Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
